Our offer provides several kinds of computer controlling. The standard option, among other things, ensures control unit with a control box and weighting unit.
Control unit with a control box
By means of control unit there is a possibility to discharge flour from the silo freely or by programmed formula.
Its function is to:
- Ensure the access code
- Program the formulas
- Program the action of the air
- Form complete statistics: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly flour usage report as well as periodic stocktaking
- Cooperate with weighting unit
- Others
Controller's software is adjusted to the language you prefer to use.
Undersilo scales:
Weighting unit and load cells installed under four legs in each silo are used for weighting out the flour in each individual container, basically, while the flour is being transported from the hopper car, if required, any other time.
Scales instalment guarantees full control of flour delivery from the mill – it eliminates the cases of getting wrong amount of flour than ordered.
We offer also the scales installment under the silos already installed.
